What colour should I dye my hair? (with photos!)?

My natural hair colour is black and I got pretty tired of it now for having it for sixteen years. So I kind of wanting to go for a more bold colour (by bold, I don't really mean pink or purple) but I can't decide which colour looks good on me.

Should I go for the first one or the second one? Or do you think I will look better with other colours?
