What color highlights and cut for my hair would be best for me?

i have black hair. its short a little above my shoulders. last summer i got a really short haircut it spiked in the back and then had swoop bangs. Its grown out now and i think i should cut it the same way again. And i'm getting highlights i think a blood red, a fusha pink, or maroon, not blonde.. what do you think

I think a little bit of electric blue maybe? Or maybe the fuscha. The Blood red I think would be too dark. i would go for lighter color. Your hair sound amazing =]
