2wks ago I tried to lighten my hair it turned orange I put burgany color and it turned redish orange then tried dark ash brown.it was ok kind of toned down the red but now after washing it .it went back to a redish pink color .I need help any one can help??
How do you decolorize your hair?what does toner do?
go crazy and let your self go. your appearance doesn't mater that much. p.s. get a man that likes you for you not your looks.
