near where I work. All these people of all ages are dressed up like their favorite character. The only thing I like about it is that some girls wear these really short skirts!! But anyways, my question is...why do most of them get all pissed off when you stare at them...its not everyday I see people dressed like an Albino with pink hair and pink eyes and wearing a pink skirt that barley covers her private parts!
There is this Anime convention...?
Most likely if they're getting pissed it's because you're starring too much. If you were starring at a person in a wheelchair or a dwarf they would probably get upset too(although they are probably more used to it)
