DON'T use both mascara in 8th grade.

Mascara can look overly done at that age try a little eyeliner and like chapstick. don't over do it.

don't use shiny pink if you have red cheeks, it will just make the red stand out more. Green works VERY well with brown eyes and brown hair, you can even use a shiny/shimmery green.

As far as hair goes, if it's all one length get some shorter layers put into it and make it funky. If you don't mind having hair in your face, try a side bang.. they're in and won't make you look like a 5 year old. lol Hope this helps!

mary kay

foundation-- a shade lighter than your skin tone you probably won't need blush. This will also cover your dark circles I tell you a secret (not a secret anymore) I have circles just no one knows and I don't cake my makeup... a shimmery light green eyeshadow.

If this doesn't work (eyeshadow) host a mary kay party and they will find what works perfect on you.

do not use eyeliner unless you have to if so don't do under your whole eye it makes them look small smug a tiny bit from the center to the outside corner. Brown mascara if you need it but you probably won't. NO BLACK!!!

Never use lipstick in the 8th grade

lip gloss with chapstick underneath works great... I'm a junior and i still don't wear it.

If you have light skin on your face brush a bronzer over it maybe dust it over your neck and chest to even it out...

my mom's a cosmotologist so I hope this helps and good luck

Short fun hairstyles always make you look older and more fun.

Not in a bad way either. I just cut mine off 3 months ago. Love it!!!!!

ok, your hair, if it's straight, go for layering (but not more than is practical to put up), that's the style lately, %26amp; it usually gives thin hair more body, %26amp; it makes thick hair easier to manage. as far as dark circles (unless you're seriously underweight), most people have them, i know i do. if you use concealer it's sometimes hard to blend w/your natural skin tone (w/o a ton of foundation, which can break you out). since you have red cheeks, i don't suggest you adding any extra color to them. usually pink eye shadow isn't very practical, but if you do use it, then use very little. eyeliner is used for dramatic effect, too much can result in it's wearer looking like a prostitute, in my experience, lol. %26amp; as far as mascara goes, it's good to make your lashes longer, %26amp; prevent your lashes from being overwehlmed from your eyeliner.

There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:

Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water %26amp; stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath %26amp; let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K %26amp; Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.
