since its Halloween, you can be bold and a bit tacky and not look stupid. so just put on a bright red color, but NOT pink. thats always tacky! for everyday wear though you want to use a pinkish red gloss, not matte lipstick and keep the rest of your face muted, with not much color. oh and make sure to wear lip liner in the same color as the lipstick, it helps it stay on better.

ok i'm the same age and i have a great idea! You'll want to make your face and neck a pale color first so it'll look hot! I got this out of a magazine!

it totally worked for me last year! u put on a whole bunch of peanut butter and u leave it on over night and do that for about a week! Then for best results put jelly on during the day and cover it up with a plastic bag! No one even noticed when i did it at school! BEST OF LUCK!

i think you have perfect skin tone for these colors. i think you should keep your eye make-up light since the red and pink are such bold colors.

Great costume! You might enjoy wearing the red all over and defuse the middle of your bottom lip with the hot pink. Match the colour of your waitress outfit. Make-up is part of the costume.

And remember, a costume isn't fully effective without the attitude. Throw in the accent, call people honey or darlin' and go for the subtle effect of the ever-present wad of bubblegum you'll be happily chewing all night.

Good luck!
