i would put the streak on the bottom of my hair, not on the top. I dont want blonde. I was thinking more of a bright blue or bright pink streak, what do you think?

Hot pink, you will have to pre lighten the hair ( with bleach) I would recommend getting Paul mitchell ink works, they have a really cool pink, I use to have it! You will have to re do the pink every two weeks, it fades quickly.
