Please tell what you Know about getting a perm or a website i can educate myself about them You see I am getting my very first perm in a couple of weeks and need advice on what perm rods to use. My hairdresser gave me a few options to think about. They were go with straight grey, grey and white, or grey and pink I am trying to go with lots of curls that aren't tight. My hair is only 3-4 inches on top. I am looking foward to the change and looking for some suggestions. I am very open mined about this thanks for your help

I think grey and white will look good for your Length of hair. If you're not sure you can look for pictures in hair magazines and find how you want your curls to look and show your stylist.Good luck and just ask your stylist how to care for your perm at home and that is the best education for yourself.

I wouldnt get a perm try getting hair protucts to make the hair u want becasue perms are bad for your hair.

First ask yourself would you rather have it too curly or not curly enough. If you rather too curly go with grey and pink, but pink is VERY TIGHT, like poodle tight, if not I'd go with grey and white. The mix would give you an even pretty result, good luck! Remember if its too tight when you go home and want it to relax SHAMPOO A LOT. Shampoo relaxes perms, good luck!
