ive dyed it lots of times

its black now

im going blonde this summer

how should i do that without it turning orange or something

after i go blonde im getting blue and pink streaks

Hey Samantha, I've done just exactly that! I've had my hair black quite a few times, and a heap of other bright colours, but I must recommend that for going to blonde, it's definetly a salon job!! Otherwise, u'll get blonde roots, with black hair and chunks of other interesting colours that make people do funny things with their eyebrows when they see you! That will be cool with the blue and pink after tho, that will really show up after you have blonde put thru! Remember it will prolly take a while tho to get the black out, as they have to strip it out without your hair snapping off!

Go see a professional if you want this done--especially if you've dyed your hair lots of times!!! If you use a home kit, you're more likely to get more damage to your hair, or worse, colors that you don't want! (The colors in your hair may react to your hair dye!)

ive got one word for her...*****! lol umm i would go a dirrty blonde or light brown..wait a week or so then go blonde... i have naturally dark hair and i went straight to bleach blonde and it was pretty orange but once i redyed it it looked nice and i LOVE the blue and pink streaks.... i thought you were going from black prep or something...but that will deffinitly look cool!

Artificial hair color is much, much more difficult to get out than natural hair color. If your picture is your hair- this is NOT something you should attempt at home. There are tons of bad home kinda blond but mostly orange and brassy headed girls walking around. Don't be one of those. Have the blond done in salon. After that you could add in those colors later to certain pieces later if you still want it.

If you are planning on getting blue and pink streaks then you should not be worried about a little orange thrown in for good measure. Most of the do it yourself boxes show you pictures of how your hair will look when you color it and in my experience it has been pretty close most of the time.

Let me tell you... My experience.. I'm Asian so I have naturally dark hair. I'm 23 now but I've been dying my hair since I was in Jr. High. Last year, my hair was beach blonde and then I thought i wanted to go dark like Nicole Richie when she dyed her hair dark. I hated it. It was like a chestnut brown. So i waited about a month and got it bleached again. the girl i went to is not the usual person i go to and she f'd it up. So i went to the store and got a brown to cover up the nasty brass color she got it to. The brown dye did not take and so I had to color it a soft black. After about a month I went back to my hair dresser and she said that I should've never dyed it black. But anyways, she bleached it and since my hair was so damaged she could'nt leave it on anylonger. It came out alittle brassy but after some purple shampoo and regular washing it faded to more of a light brown. So i went back on April 6 2007 for the second time and it is finally a blonde. there are some brassy pieces where there was some black. but the next time i go... it'll be the color i want. GO GET IT DONE!! I CAN"T STRESS THAT ENOUGH... EXPENSIVE BUT it's what has to be done. If you're going to pink in it and blue and your hair comes out alittle brassy it wont be as bright as if you had platinum in your hair and did the pink and blue. I had pink in my hair long time ago. and if you do put color in it then get dark towels cause it'll come off .

my advice would be to get it done professionally going from black to blonde is a process to do at home you cant just die it blonde it wont work you would have to lighten it gradually like your hair is black so u would have to die it brown then a lighter brown then a lighter color until u get the one u want at the salon they will strip your hair then die it so u don't get the red color in it dying it at home always turn it a strawberry blonde with that reddish color in it when u try to go blonde good luck!

It is really hard to lift black ,but if u want blond hair u should bleach it but dont do it your self go to the salon cuz bleach can be dangerous.
