Dying bleached hair?

in january this year i had streaks underneath my hair. my stylist bleached in the streaks, then dyed them red and orange and etc. now its august and most of the color is gone (it used to be really bright red, orange and pink[all different streaks], now it just looks like a dull brownish orange.). i was wondering if that meant that the dye washed out of it and now the streaks are just bleached and not colored anymore, and if it does mean that, can i just go to my stylist and ask for her to color it instead of bleaching AND coloring? would it work?

Dying bleached hair?

Yeah since you just got it bleached once it stays bleach and there's no need for your stylist to just bleach it again then color.

Unless the color you wanted your streaks are much much lighter then the bleached color.

But if you wanted the original color you had before on the streaks then ask her to color your streaks again.

:D

Dying bleached hair?

If its orange brownish .. and you wanted it to be a lighter color of some sort yes you'll probably end up bleaching it again. but if you want it a natural or a darker color there should nt be any reason for bleaching. The dye isnt out of your streaks its just faded.
