Need help with name of PS ONE Game!?

I remember..i think it was off of the Pizza Hut promotional demos, you started off as like a guy with pink hair or something... you could Fish.. you had to gather water to put out a fire in the beginning and after 10 minutes it said Times Up! Anyone remember this game and can help please?ty

I got the game through a playstation magazine demo about 7 years ago and i still remember that game.

You can download it and play it through a playstation emulator.
