came home to visit you and had pink hair, dark make-up, and a bunch of tattoos and piercings..... what would your reaction be? be honest!

I'd ask where she/he got them and how much they were, I'm headed down there to get me some! HA HA HA I'm the coolest mom ever!!

depends on the age of the child over 18 disappointed but not much I could do. Under 18 he or she would have a complete makeover!!

I would have a COW and then it's baby.... I was never a child that dressed like that so I thank at first it wold shock the hell out of me but I think I could get used to it. There a lot of other things a child could be doing and I think coloring their hair should be the least of our worries!

I wouldn't care because that's what I did as a teenager. I would worry a bit if they were heavily into the punk scene because I used to go to a lot of shows with underage drinking, etc. I've also been to a bunch of 'preppy' keg parties where the kids were acting just as stupid with underage drinking so appearance really doesn't say much to me.

as long as they were at least 18 and paid for it with their own money and didn't contract any diseases as a result, then who am I to stop them?

I've already given in on two tattoos and some piercings (no eye, tongue or lip though). The rest would just be too much for me. I would tell her it is time to move in with her dad for a while.

I would just be happy to see her. I have tattoos myself and a tongue ring. I am a mother of one daughter and two sons.

i dont know how would i react about the color hair and make up and tattoos...but my son went to his first year of college this year and came home for the holidays and came with his lips pierced....i came running down the stairs to hug him when all of the sudden...it was like someone had put a brick wall in front of me..and i couldnt move...i couldnt look at him for the first couple of days..but i got use to it...but before he left again for college i asked him to not come home with anything else...because this time i will bring his pants down to check for the rest of his body...nah...just kidding!! but it was shocking閳俱儮娅忛埦?br>If your child.....?

Holly crapp did the circus come to town...But after accepting it and her because she is my child...I would learn to live with it.

I had a neighbor (keep in mind he was a marine) who has a son and when he turned 16 he decided that he wanted to be a girl so he started dressing in drag and stuffing his bra, growing his hair out and wearing make up and all the things girls do. Well the father disappeared for 2 weeks when he came back he told his son that no matter what I will love you. I may not always agree with you but you will always be my son/daughter whatever it is in life you want to be. The son is now 30 and has had a complete gender transfer I guess you would say. And the family takes it one day at a time.

I would have a problem. And probably say something stupid since I have a awful temper...but I woould love her all the way to the beauty shop and dress shop!!!
