Halloween Cotsumes...Need Some Help!!?

ok...for halloween i was thinking about being a sort of punk rocker. but i had some questions about how i'm gonna pull this off.

*where can i find TEMPORARY (like the kind that washes out in one shower) hot pink hair dye for the tips of my hair?

*how should i do my hair/make up?? as of now, its dark brown, straight, and shoulder length. i have a medium-light skin tone, and medium blue eyes.

*what kinds of clothes should i wear?? and where should i buy them so they're not all that expensive??

*any other suggestions??

if you have any other ideas for a halloween costume for me...PLEASE FEEL FREE TO LET ME KNOW!! i'm a 14 year old girl.

Why not be one of the 80's punk rock chic girls? Wear a mesh shirt with a contrasting tanktop underneath. Wear a tight mini skirt. Wear leggings that go past your knees with some coordinating pumps or high heels. Finish the look with a big belt, some hoop earrings, and make sure you really tease your hair up so it looks big! Wear some dark eyeliner and lots of lipgloss. You can get some of the temporary hair dye at Sally's beauty supply stores. They have it in colors like blue, green, pink, etc. especially for Halloween.

Get pink hair extensions. you can find some that just clip in your hair, or even to glue on (sounds harsh but its really easy to get out, you just let conditioner sit on it for 5 minutes and it comes right out)

Use a bright neon eyeshadow, preferrably lime green!! and lots of black eyeliner!!

get a jean jacket, and rip off the sleaves, sew on some patches or put some holes in it.. and get some leopord print pants, or leggings iwht a black skirt!!
