Do you think with the rising popularity of tattoos and per icing in young people that corporate America will have to change their policies on visible tattos. Let me start with saying that i am all for the current policies. I just think it is unprofessional for someone to have pink hair a tatto on thier neck and a toung ring. But so many people are getting them now and many places don't hire you with visible tattos or make you cover them. I think in about 20 years there won't be enough workers if they keep thier policies in place.

No. You can easily hide or remove a tattoo. Why should the policy change just, because someone got something pierced?

Current policies are going to become more lenient. I would argue that not hiring someone with blue hair, or with a tattoo that is visible - or trying to require someone to cover them up will be some kind of harrassment or discrimination.

Are we talking about body modification or baking cakes here?
