I'd do high heels, Jeans and a Bikini, I'm a guy so it would be especially funny, but it could look like you were in the middle of a transformation. actually i think she had like skater shoes at one point, so skater shoes a dress, and i still like the bikini, maybe a clown nose to top it off :-)

First of all, a pink wig. Then try to sound Like tonks. Wear a VERY colorful shirt and pants. Act Weird like she does. I can't think of anything else right now.

Probably lots of jewellery that tinkles - you know, like bangles and a toe-ring and stuff, a bit hippie-ish. And your clothes should be in various bright colours (regardless of whether they match) and maybe a little frayed here or not quite buttoned the right way. Oh, what a lovely role to play for one night. Hope you find love at the party like she found in the book.
