To answer your questions, Darien finally remembers Sailor Moon again in Japanese episode 59, which is English dub episode 53. And the pink-hair little girl was called Chibi-Usa in the original Japanese version, and Rini in the English dub version; she arrives in Japanese episode 60, which is English dub episode 54.
