The growth is fuzzy with hairs growing on it. It covers half of her nail, just on one nail. Another nail, has a segment which is completely black, yet another nail is pink and white. I'm calling the vet in the morning, but could anyone give me a hint of what that growth could be, and how to treat it.
I think it may be some type of insect bite or infection. Or maybe it is something that happens with Lhasa's and it is normal. I really am not sure.

I totally agree with the person who said to get her white and pink roses - although she might prefer some white and pink gerbas (I think thats how your spell it - pronounced jer-bers) which look like big daisies.
They're very "fairy like" and they'll match her hair and personality by the sounds of it. She sounds cool - my wife is very similar in nature - she sounds like a fun person who enjoys life. Buy her something to reflect her personality rather than buying her a present as such.
Also, with it being a first date, anything more than flowers might seem a bit "full on". White and pink flowers though show that you put some thought into it.
PS. Ignore the scare-mongerers...people meet others from the net every single day. Besides - with such a strong description (ie her hair style) you'll be able to spot her across a crowded room anyway. But bear in mind that she may be nervous about the whole thing, ie meeting a strange bloke....so she may have someone close by keeping an eye on you ;)

I think that the "Arthur's Spiderwick's Field guide" (ISBN no: 1-416-90136-1) is amazing! It has outstanding illustrations about the Magical Creatures, which are supposed to live in Great Britain such as gargoyles, mer folk, fairies, giants, etc. It goes with the fantasy novels "The Spiderwick Chronicles", which you will find in the teenage section of the libraries, but saying that I love reading them. The Field Guide is at adult level though, and is a creative and unusual present for a first date!

Hello, does anyone have any good makeup tips as to what makeup colors go with my coloring? i have raven hair and light/fair skin. brown eyes. I was hoping for some fall/winter makeup ideas as well as some year round tips. im really into pinks and browns, but any other suggestions? thanx! :)
for lips tones of dusty rose, plums, raspberry reds, warm reds, blue reds and tons more. Avoid orange reds and strong pinks. For eyes blacks, chocolate for dark eyes, for a more lighter look just choose lighter version of black. Use a brown or black pencil for eyeliner. hope i helped!

I wish i had raven-black hair. I have brown eye too and purple really brings out your eyes. I love wearing gray eyeshadow too. Black eyeliner is a MUST!
Blue would be really pretty like a lightish blue, and probably not brown, because you have brown eyes, a light not white but tan would be okay for somthing nuetral, and pinks go with every thing. Good Luck
i'm naturally dark brown, but i get it highlighted. I was wondering what color would help with my paleness.. I'm so pale, thats often the first thing people notice about me. I don't want to go tanning, and don't want to be streaky, so changing my skin color isn't an option. What color should my hair be to make me look less pale?? It depends on what your look is, and what type of person you are. For a classier, regular kind of look I'd suggest getting some brown highlights a few shades lighter, but ask for a warmer shade of brown, or a caramel colour. if you're nervous about highlights on top, get them underneath. if you're considering dying your whole hair, make sure you go for a WARMER colour, lol i can't stress it enough. a lighter brown should do it. it'll brighten and put some warmth and color into your face.

if you look up pictures of rachel bilson on google, you'll notice she's also pretty pale so look through some pictures of her and see which ones warm up her skin tone, try and go for a similar look.

Your current color works best with your skin tone. I think you have a beautiful complexion/hair combination.
If you go blonde (or even put highlights) Your skin will look all ruddy and blotchy and red and washed out.
Not everyone needs to be blonde and tan (usually its ugly people who have to be blonde and tan to look prettier lol) Some of the most beautiful girls have dark brown hair and light skin (think.. angelina jolie... etc)
I suggest you stay the same!

You can dye all black and any color of streaks! Or a dirty blond. But a really cute color is like strawberry redish orange. I think. IDK what it is called but it looked really cute on one of my friend at school!
